Step 1 - Scoping call

We review the job description, responsibilities, competencies, and leadership context, and agree project timescales.

Step 2 - Assessment links sent to candidates

Online completion. Takes around 45-60 minutes.

Step 3 - Expert interpretation by a psychologist

Personality data analysed against the role, culture and risk profile.

Step 4 - Tailored candidate reports

Plain-English summary report for each candidate with strengths, risks, areas for development and 5 bespoke interview questions for you to use at final stage interview.

Step 5 - Panel debrief (optional)
